The main barn will serve as the heart of Paisley’s Bunny Rescue, providing safe, structured, and compassionate care for rabbits at every stage. This will include a dedicated lab bunny sanctuary where former laboratory rabbits can decompress, heal, and experience life beyond confinement.

Designed for intake, daily housing, monitoring, and enrichment, this space will allow us to care for many rabbits while maintaining high standards of care.

For many, this will be the first time they experience kindness.

These spaces allow us to grow responsibly while raising the standard of care for every rabbit we serve. Our medical and quarantine facilities ensure each bunny receives safe, professional treatment and the time needed to heal.

At the same time, our education center will open our doors to the community—welcoming schools, families, and visitors to learn proper rabbit care, compassion, and responsible animal stewardship.

These phases are focused on creating a sustainable, long-term future for both the rescue and the rabbits in our care. Our outdoor enrichment areas will provide safe, secure spaces for exercise, exploration, and natural behaviors—supporting both physical health and emotional well-being.

A dedicated feed and supply storage space will allow us to maintain consistent, high-quality care with proper resources always on hand.

We also envision a community-driven bunny herb garden, where families, volunteers, and visitors can come together to plant, grow, and care for fresh greens—creating a hands-on, meaningful way to support the rescue.
